Clients relocating to Champlain Valley have been the focus of my attention since 1996. I have been a real estate agent since 1986. My area of specialization is residential property of all types and price ranges. I have assisted clients in the purchase of starter and luxury condominiums, modest and upscale homes, and small lots and large estates. Former clients number in the many hundreds.

My serving area is all of Champlain Valley, and sometimes beyond. Vermonters think in terms of how long it takes to drive from place to place as opposed to so many miles. It will be my pleasure to assist you in finding and purchasing property located within an hour’s driving time of my office near downtown Burlington. This includes all of Chittenden and Addison counties, and parts of Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille and Washington counties.
