- Works with residents of Burlington to form neighborhood
associations and improve life on their streets. BNP offers
leadership training and grants for small improvement projects.

- Community Support Program (CSP)
- Provides help to people involved in neighborhood
disputes by providing mediators and by offering resources and
advice. Staffed with trained civilians employed by the Burlington Police Department
(BPD), the CSP's job is to facilitate a peaceful outcome to neighborhood problems.

- Run by CSP, the Community Justice Center and
the City's Code Enforcement Office, makes available trained volunteer
